The Brighton Robotics club competes in the national First Robotics Competition tournament that is held every spring. Students learn the hands-on process of engineering, designing, and building a robot to solve several problems in a competition style game. Students learn design, building/implementing design, and computer coding of physical objects using servos and motors. See http://www.firstinspires.org/robotics/frc for more details on this year’s current game!
