Skills USA is a student-professional organization for secondary and post-secondary students.  We partner students, teachers and industry-professionals together to ensure America has a skilled workforce. More than 300,000 students and advisors join SkillsUSA annually, organized into more than 18,000 sections and 52 state and territorial associations. In 2015, more than 17,000 teachers and school administrators served as professional SkillsUSA members and advisors.

SkillsUSA programs include local, state and national competitions in which students demonstrate occupational and leadership skills in over 100 areas. Students compete in state competitions in March.  This past year the Quiz Bowl Team placed 2nd and the Culinary Art Team placed 3rd at state.

Skills USA meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday during the school year.

Club officers are selected in September.  Students can pick up applications when school starts in August in room 408.
